The feeling's coming back. It's gripping me by the stomach and hauling me at the throat. I swallow very hard and take deep, long breaths. It isn't really working, it's there. Just there waiting to, erh, escape. And this is sounding really ridiculous, but yes, I feel like vomiting. Please don't tell me I am sick.
I reread the sentences and is it just me or does it sound very ridiculously exaggerated?
